Four-step process
Connect your CoStar account
Cremdeal's onboarding team connects to your CoStar API subscription. Read-only access. No changes to your CoStar setup. Your agents continue using CoStar exactly as before.
Ingest your comp history
We pull transaction history for your target submarkets — typically 3 to 5 years of executed leases and sales comps, depending on your subscription tier. The data is structured and indexed for the matching engine.
Comp-matching calibrates to your submarkets
The matching engine learns your market — submarket boundaries, typical deal SF ranges, lease structures common to your book of business. Calibration takes 1 to 2 days and is reviewed before agent access is enabled.
Agents access live analytics
Your team gets dashboard access — pipeline view, comp-pull tool, and velocity reports. Principals get a brokerage-level rollup showing deal stage distribution, agent activity, and submarket trends across all active requirements.
Typical activation timeline
API connection: Day 1. Data ingestion: Days 2–3. Calibration review: Days 4–5. Agent access: Day 7.
