Working alongside deal teams across the Dallas–Fort Worth submarket, he observed firsthand how regional brokerages struggled to extract actionable analytics from their CoStar subscriptions. Cremdeal is his response to that gap — giving regional firms the same data leverage that national brokerage technology teams have built internally.
Maya Okonkwo
Head of Data & Integrations
Maya brings deep experience in commercial property data pipelines, having spent years building and maintaining transaction data infrastructure before joining Cremdeal. She leads the CoStar API integration, the comp-matching engine, and the ingestion workflows that underpin the platform. Her background bridges the world of raw CRE transaction data and the analytics layer brokers actually use.
Carlos Reyes
Lead Engineer
Carlos is a full-stack engineer with a background in B2B SaaS — building internal tools and client-facing dashboards for data-intensive products. At Cremdeal, he leads frontend dashboard development and API infrastructure. He is focused on making the analytics layer fast, reliable, and straightforward for brokerage teams who need it to work without friction during a deal cycle.
Sarah Kim
Head of Brokerage Partnerships
Sarah came to Cremdeal from a client success role at a commercial real estate data company, where she worked directly with brokerage teams navigating platform onboarding and data adoption. At Cremdeal, she manages brokerage relationships from first demo through full team deployment — and serves as the primary point of contact for managing brokers and their teams once they are live on the platform.
